Welcome to Le Blanc Florist. By using our website https://www.leblancflorist.co ("Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully.


1. Definitions

1.1. "Florist", "we", "our", "us" refers to Le Blanc Florist, the provider of floral arrangement and delivery services.
1.2. "Customer", "you", "your" refers to the person or entity using our website and/or ordering products from us.
1.3. "Products" refers to the floral arrangements, bouquets, gifts, and other items available for purchase on our website.
1.4. "Order" refers to any request made by a Customer for the purchase of flowers or related products through our Site.


2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or place an Order.


3. Product Information and Availability

3.1. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
3.2. Accuracy of Information: We aim to ensure that all descriptions and prices of Products are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of Product descriptions or images.
3.3. Availability: Product availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute products or cancel Orders if a Product is unavailable.


4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing: All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.2. Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store or process credit card information directly.
4.3. Errors in Pricing: If there is a pricing error on your Order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price. You may choose to proceed with the Order at the correct price or cancel it.


5. Order Fulfillment and Collection


5.1. Order Placement: By placing an Order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
5.2. Delivery:

5.2.1. Delivery Service: Delivery is available within Singapore. Delivery charges are calculated based on the order total amount and delivery requirement and will be added to your Order total. Our delivery information is available at https://www.leblancflorist.co/delivery.
5.2.2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided, but actual delivery may vary due to factors such as location, traffic, and weather conditions.
5.2.3. Failed Deliveries: If no one is available at the delivery address, we may attempt redelivery at your expense. We are not liable for any delay or failed delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.

5.3. Self-Collection:

5.3.1. Availability: Self-collection is available for orders placed through our Site. You will be given the option to choose self-collection at checkout.
5.3.2. Collection Location: Self-collection can be made at our designated collection point, which will be provided to you upon order confirmation. Our collection point is located at 42 MacTaggart Rd, #04-02B Mactaggart Building, Singapore 368086. An alternative collection point option may be offered subject to availability.
5.3.3. Collection Times: An appointment must be made with us for collection and subject to availability.
5.3.4. Identification: When collecting your order, please provide the order confirmation and your name for verification purposes.
5.3.5. Order Readiness: Your order will be ready for collection on the date specified at checkout. If you need to collect your order within the specified time, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

5.4. Changes to Orders: Any changes to your order, including adjustments to delivery details or collection arrangements, must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


6. Flower Freshness, Quality & Appearance


6.1. Freshness Guarantee: We are committed to providing fresh and high-quality flowers. Our floral arrangements are created with the freshest blooms sourced from reputable suppliers.
6.2. Quality Assurance: All Products undergo a quality check before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers, their appearance may change over time.
6.3. Product Appearance:


6.3.1. Natural Variations: Flowers are natural products and may exhibit variations in color, size, and shape from what is depicted in the images on our Site. This is due to the inherent variability of natural flowers and the different lighting conditions under which images are taken.
6.3.2. Substitutions: In the event that a specific flower or color is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value to maintain the overall design and quality of the arrangement. Such substitutions will be made with care to ensure the arrangement's aesthetic appeal is preserved.
6.3.3. Arrangement Design: The final floral arrangement may vary slightly from the images shown on our Site due to seasonal availability and the individual characteristics of the flowers.


6.4. Delivery of Freshness: Flowers are packaged and delivered with care to preserve their freshness. Despite our best efforts, flowers are a natural product and their condition may change from the time of dispatch to delivery.
6.5. Reporting Issues: If you receive flowers that are not fresh or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 6 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. We will not be responsible if damage or the issue is caused by mishandling by the recipient or persons that receive the product on their behalf.


7. Cancellation and Refunds


7.1. Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7.2. Refunds: Refunds may be issued for Products that are deemed damaged or not as described after our assessment. We will not be responsible if damage or the issue is caused by mishandling by the recipient or persons that receive the product on their behalf. Please contact us within 6 hours of receiving the Product to request a refund or replacement.


8. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our Products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect Product, please contact us immediately for resolution.


9. Customer Responsibilities


9.1. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.
9.2. Delivery Availability: Ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the Product. If no one is available, redelivery may be attempted at your expense.


10. Workshop and Course Bookings


10.1. Booking and Registration:


10.1.1. Registration: To book a place in one of our workshops or courses, you must complete the registration process through our Site or directly with us via WhatsApp. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
10.1.2. Payment: Payment for workshops and courses must be made in advance. Prices are listed on our Site and are subject to change. We accept various payment methods as detailed during the booking process.


10.2. Rescheduling and Cancellations:


10.2.1. Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop or course. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
10.2.2. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made at least 7 days before the event will be accommodated subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days may incur a fee.

 

  • Date changes at least 7 days before the workshop: $5 admin fee per pax

  • Cancellations at least 7 days before the workshop: 15% of the total workshop fee

  • Date changes and cancellations between (3-5 days): 50% of the total workshop fee

  • Last minute date changes and cancellations (less than 3 working days): Full workshop fee will be forfeited.


10.3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals:


10.3.1. No-Shows: If you do not attend the workshop or course without prior notice, no refund or credit will be provided. It is your responsibility to notify us if you cannot attend.
10.3.2. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at the scheduled start time of the workshop or course. Late arrivals may miss important content and may not be allowed to join the session after a certain point.


10.4. Workshop and Course Content:


10.4.1. Content Changes: We reserve the right to modify the content or format of workshops and courses if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants.
10.4.2. Instructor Changes: We may change the instructor or facilitator due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes and strive to provide an equally qualified substitute.


10.5. Health and Safety:


10.5.1. Compliance: Participants must comply with all health and safety regulations and guidelines provided before and during the workshop or course.
10.5.2. Health Concerns: If you have any health concerns or special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.


10.6. Intellectual Property:


10.6.1. Materials: Any materials or content provided during the workshop or course are the intellectual property of Le Blanc Florist and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.


10.7. Liability:


10.7.1. Responsibility: We are not liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurs during the workshop or course. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

11. Promotions


11.1. Promotional Offers: We may offer various promotions, discounts, and special offers from time to time. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be outlined in the promotion details.
11.2. Eligibility: Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility criteria, including but not limited to minimum purchase amounts, specific product categories, or valid dates.
11.3. Redemption: To redeem a promotion, you must apply the relevant promo code or follow the instructions provided during the checkout process. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
11.4. Expiration: Promotions are valid for a limited time and may expire without notice. Expired or invalid promotional codes will not be honored.
